Poche ore fa state annunciate le nomination agli Emmy Awards 2024, i più importanti premi dell’industria televisiva giunti alla loro 67^ edizione.

A fare incetta di candidature è stata Shōgun, l’acclamata serie storica FX con Hiroyuki Sanada e Anna Sawai. Lo show ha infatti ottenuto ben 25 nomination, tra cui quelle per la Miglior serie drama e quelle per il Miglior attore in una serie drama e Miglior attrice in una serie drama.

Appena dietro troviamo un’altra acclamata serie FX come The Bear, l’amata serie comedy con Jeremy Allen White, Ayo Edebiri e Ebon Moss-Bachrach. Con 23 candidature, questa punta a superare i sei premi ottenuti lo scorso anno, exploit che ne ha fatto la serie vincitrice del maggior numero di Emmy alla sua prima stagione.

Appena dietro a Shōgun e The Bear seguono Only Murders in the Building di Hulu con 21 nomination e True Detective: Night Country di HBO con 19 nomination. Netflix si difende bene con The Crown a 18 nomination, Ripley a 13 e la rivelazione Baby Reindeer a 11.
